In Case You Wanna Know…

Kasarachi Ugwuh is a sci-fi & fantasy writer and emerging creator whose work explores Black identity and the power of reimagined histories.

Born to Nigerian and African-American parents and raised in Atlanta, she draws on the dualities of her upbringing to craft narratives rooted in empathy, defiance, and worldbuilding that challenges conventional boundaries.

Influenced by Afrofuturism, magical realism, and the sociopolitical happenings of everyday life, her writing engages with themes of ancestral memory and the futures that become possible when marginalized voices occupy the center.

She creates speculative worlds where Black and diasporic characters exist expansively and without apology.
